Koa Sports
Hadley Farms is proud to announce our new partnership with Koa Sports to bring their Award
Winning Multisport and Activities Summer Camp to our community and pool! This summer camp
offer is exclusively for Hadley Farm Pool Members.
Community Center
The Community Center is available for rental by owners of the Hadley Farms Community Association (click here for rental contract). Non-owner residents are able to rent the community center with an owner sponsor. Community Center Rentals are handled by community volunteers. For more information, please reach out to Management who will put you in contact with the community center committee/coordinators.
Dog Park
The Hadley Farms dog park, located SE of the community center, is available for residents of Hadley Farms only.
Please follow Montgomery County dog park guidelines:
- Dogs must display current license and rabies vaccination tags.
- Dogs must be over 4 months old.
- Dog-handlers must leash their dogs when outside the dog exercise area, and must be in possession of a leash at all times when inside the park.
- Dog handlers must be in control of and in visual contact with their dogs at all times.
- Parents must be in control of their children. No pet handlers under age 13 (or other specified age).
- No more than 3 dogs per handler.
- Dog handlers must immediately remove their dogs’ feces, and repair any holes created by their dogs.
- No smoking or eating by dog handlers (except for dog treats).
- No aggressive dog behavior.
- No female dogs in heat.
- Dog owners are liable for any injuries or damage caused by their dogs.
- Users of the dog exercise area do so at their own risk.
- Except while inside a dog park, all dogs are required to be on a leash while on Park property.
Basketball & Tennis Court
The community courts, located at 7420 Hadley Farms Drive, are for residents and guests of Hadley Farms Community Association only. The courts are available from sunrise to sunset. No loitering is permitted after hours.
During the pandemic, the rules and guidelines must be followed when using the tennis court. As a reminder, soccer may not be played inside the tennis court and balls such as soccer balls should not be kicked against the fence!
Tot Lots
There are three community tot lots available to Hadley Farms residents. There is a tot lot located at the community center, 7420 Hadley Farms Drive, one located between Tygart Lane and Tygart Court, and the third is located within Elioak Terrace.
The playgrounds are not sanitized so all use of the tot lots will be at your own risk. All CDC guidelines must be followed: anyone over the age of two must wear a mask; users should wash or sanitize their hands frequently; and individuals not living in the same household should maintain 6 feet of distance. Most importantly, no one may use the tot lots if anyone in their home is sick.
Walking Trails
There are various walking trails located throughout the community, all of which were repaved in 2021.
